– The standard rental period is 24 hours. Any extensions must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

  – Items are for event decor purposes only and should not be altered, moved, or used for any other purposes without prior approval.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  – Full payment must be made 2 days before the event.

  – Last-minute bookings (less than [2] days before the event) require full payment upon booking.

 

3. Security Deposit

  – A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to cover potential damages, loss, or late returns.

  – The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the event if all items are returned in their original condition.

 

4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  – Delivery, setup, and pickup services are available at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

  – The client must ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the items upon delivery.

  – If self-pickup is allowed, the client is responsible for safe transportation and return.

 

5. Damage, Loss & Liability

  – The client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of rental items. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

  – If the damage exceeds the deposit, the client must cover the full replacement cost.

  -The company is not liable for any injury or accidents resulting from the use of rental items.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  – Cancellations made 2 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  – Cancellations made less than 1 days before the event are non-refundable.

  – Rescheduling may be allowed, subject to availability.

 

7. Force Majeure

  – The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

8. Photography & Marketing

  – The company reserves the right to take photos of the decor setup for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

9. Agreement

  – By booking our rental services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
